I’ve spearheaded large-scale technical recruiting efforts, achieving impressive retention results, and expertly navigated complex benefit renewals. Additionally, I’ve led departments through the expansion of new business units while the company doubled in size. My expertise encompasses policy and process documentation, handbook development, compliance initiatives, and HRIS implementations.
